Greek School family application form. 

 

We need to know some basic details like student name and contact details.

 

Each family completes one of these including new and returning families.

 

Fill in and return the form manually or use the online Parent Portal

ACT CLSA application form.

This form is completed by your child's day school. Take it to the front office to be signed and stamped. Return the completed form before the due date.

Each child requires a separate form. 

Make payment to secure your spot.

Payment details are on the enrolment form and on our website.

Once enrolment is confirmed make sure you have packed your Greek School bag.
